  • chicory
  • carrots
  • onion
  • ‘Nduja
  • 4 eggs

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, cook the onion with oil and the ‘nduja, then add all the vegetables and cook with the addition of water.
  2. When the vegetables are cooked, add an egg that will cook inside the soup.
  3. Serve the soup with the cooked egg.
