Omelette filled with pesto

- eggs
- oil
- pesto
Preparation
- Lightly beat the eggs. In a non-stick pan pour a little olive oil, pour the egg mixture, cook a little and then place the pesto along the entire diameter of the omelette.
- Close the omelette in half, cook until the outside is golden brown and the inside soft.
- Remove from the heat and cut the omelette into slices. Serve everything by highlighting the green inside of the pesto.
