Ingredients for Sweet Provolone Valpadana cutlets

  • 250 g of sweet Provolone Valpadana with salami flour bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • extra virgin olive oil for frying

Preparation

  1. Prepare three bowls, one with the breadcrumbs, one with the two beaten and salted eggs and one with the flour.
  2. Cut the Provolone Valpadana into four slices at least one and a half centimeters thick.
  3. Pass them first in the flour, then in the egg and lastly in the breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in abundant boiling extra virgin olive oil until the “cutlet” is golden and crispy.
  5. The cutlet can also be cooked in the oven, in this case we recommend brushing the surface with a brush soaked in oil, cooking at 180 ° for at least 15 minutes.
  6. Serve the cutlet accompanied by a fresh salad.
