Ingredients for Sweet Provolone Valpadana cutlets
- 250 g of sweet Provolone Valpadana with salami flour bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- extra virgin olive oil for frying
Preparation
- Prepare three bowls, one with the breadcrumbs, one with the two beaten and salted eggs and one with the flour.
- Cut the Provolone Valpadana into four slices at least one and a half centimeters thick.
- Pass them first in the flour, then in the egg and lastly in the breadcrumbs.
- Fry in abundant boiling extra virgin olive oil until the “cutlet” is golden and crispy.
- The cutlet can also be cooked in the oven, in this case we recommend brushing the surface with a brush soaked in oil, cooking at 180 ° for at least 15 minutes.
- Serve the cutlet accompanied by a fresh salad.
