Ingredients
2 cups sliced strawberries
5 ounces of fresh Burrata, cut into slices
1/2 cup pesto (homemade or store-bought)
salt & olive oil
Instructions
Put strawberries and burrata in a bowl, sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Add pesto, and gently stir to coat, using hands if needed.
Pour onto a plate, and drizzle with olive oil to serve.
