Pasta with lentils

Ingredients
- 300 g of Santo Stefano di Sessanio lentils
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 slice of bacon
- 200 g of tubes
Preparation
- First of all, we put the lentils in a pot, then we add a crushed garlic beak and without a bottom, a leaf of excellent bay leaf (picked at 1150 meters on the Gran Sasso), a round of oil of Ophena and water as to cover everything.
- We cook with the lid. Meanwhile, let a little bacon, cut into squares, cook over low heat in the pan; blend with a drop of wine and turn off, let it flavor for about twenty minutes.
- We put the pasta in boiling salted water and, once ready, we toss it in the pan with the bacon.
- We combine lentils and enjoy!
