Ingredients for Macaroni with cheese
- 250 g of macaroni
- 250 g of seasoned Cheddar
- 250 ml of condensed milk
- 2 egg nutmeg
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Heat the oven to 220 °C. Cook the macaroni, drain and put them back in the hot pot.
- While the pasta is cooking, put the cheese, milk, eggs and nutmeg in a food processor and operate it to mix everything.
- Or scratch the cheese and mix everything by hand.
- Pour the cheese sauce over the macaroni, mix well, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place in a baking dish and cook in a very hot oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until it simmers and makes the crust on the surface.
