Ingredients
- 2 red tomatoes
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red onion
- Black kalamata olives
- 100 g of Greek feta
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Red wine vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic
- Origan
- Thyme
- Black pepper
Preparation
- To prepare the Greek salad, let’s start with: peel the tomatoes and remove the seeds, then peel the cucumbers and remove the central part.
- Wash the pepper and remove the internal filaments.
- At this point, cut all the vegetables into cubes of the same size.
- Peel the onion and slice it finely. Soak it in water and ice for 10 minutes; then drain and dry it.
- Stone the olives and cut into small parts.
- Cut the feta into cubes.
- Put everything in a salad bowl and season with salt, oregano, a splash of vinegar and oil to taste.
