Gnocchi with Genoese Pesto and Burrata

A delicate and delicious dish made with simple but superb ingredients. This is a first course dish made with only 3 ingredients, so its very inexpensive!

Vibrant, fragrant, and very quick to prepare, this dish is a must-try!

Ingredients:

  • 800 g Potato Gnocchi
  • 1 Pack Genoese Pesto
  • 100 g Burrata
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • To Taste Pepper
  • 1 knob Butter

Preparation:

  1. Boil a saucepan with plenty of salted water and once it boils, add the gnocchi.
  2. While the gnocchi is boiling, melt a knob of butter in a pan then add the pesto and a piece of the burrata, and mix together.
  3. Drain the gnocchi and put directly into the pan with a little bit of cooking water and saut for a couple of minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, serve and garnish the plate with small pieces of burrata, grated parmesan cheese, and pepper.
