Truffle Parma & Burrata Sandwich

Ingredients for 1 person

  • Ciabatta Bread 1 count
  • Di Stefano Cheese Burrata 3 oz
  • Red Onion 1 count
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp 
  • Balsamic vinegar ¼ cup
  • Prociutto di Parma 24 months 45 g
  • Burrata House Truffle Cream 40 g
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Caramelized Onions

  • Cut the red onions in thin slices
  • Drizzle a pan with olive oil 
  • Add the onions and stir until soft
  • Add 1 tbsp of sugar
  • Add ¼ cup of balsamic vinegar
  • Stir until the onions appear glazed
  • Add salt to taste


  • Cut the Ciabatta bread in half separating the bottom part from the top. Place it in a toaster oven at 380° (you can also heat it up in a hot pan on the stove) for one minute.
  • Drizzle the Ciabatta with Olive Oil
  • Spread the truffle cream on both halves of the bread
  • Place thecaramelized onions on the bottom part
  • Place the Prosciutto over the onions
  • Place the Burrata and cut it open from the center
  • Drizzle the Burrata with Olive Oil 
  • Add Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Place the top half of the ciabatta and close the panini
  • Cut in Half and ENJOY!
