Salmon and Burrata Rolls

Ingredients (4 Servings):
- 200 g Burrata
- Chives To Taste
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oilalt and Pepper To Taste
- Lemon Juice To Taste
- 200 g Fresh or Smoked Salmon
Sprinkle 200 g of fresh or smoked salmon carpaccio with a little pepper and sprinkle drops of lemon juice. Spread the slices (200 g) of chopped and well-drained burrata. Roll up the salmon and tie with chives after boiling it.. Combine 3 tablespoons of oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Season with the sauce and serve.
