Ingredients for Italian sausages in spicy tomato sauce with polenta

  • Chilli oil
  • 1kg of sausage
  • s 4 tablespoons of Marsala
  • 2 cans of tomato sauce
  • 250ml of water
  • 500g of instant polenta 
  • olive oil
  • salt.

Preparation

  1. Heat the chilli oil in a saucepan and add the sausages, leaving them to brown for about 5 minutes until they are colored.
  2. Add the Marsala, let it boil for about 1 minute then add the tomato sauce and the water on the sausages.
  3. Let it simmer for 15 minutes while preparing the polenta. When the polenta is cooked, add the olive oil and cover with the sausages and the sauce.
