  • 2 red tomatoes
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • Black kalamata olives
  • 100 g of Greek feta
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Origan
  • Thyme
  • Black pepper


  1. To prepare the Greek salad, let's start with: peel the tomatoes and remove the seeds, then peel the cucumbers and remove the central part.
  2. Wash the pepper and remove the internal filaments.
  3. At this point, cut all the vegetables into cubes of the same size.
  4. Peel the onion and slice it finely. Soak it in water and ice for 10 minutes; then drain and dry it.
  5. Stone the olives and cut into small parts.
  6. Cut the feta into cubes.
  7. Put everything in a salad bowl and season with salt, oregano, a splash of vinegar and oil to taste.
