Ingredients for Bloody Mary Eat and Drink

  • Velvety of datterini 9cl
  • Vodka 4.5cl
  • Lemon juice
  • Worchestershire sauce 2 drops
  • Nduja 1 level coffee spoon
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Mix with a velvety immersion blender and 'nduja; add the Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice and pour into a glass.
  2. Stir gently for about 30 seconds.
  3. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and black pepper and mix; add 6 ice cubes and vodka.
  4. Stir for about 30 seconds and garnish with a celery stalk.
