Ingredients for Bloody Mary Eat and Drink
- Velvety of datterini 9cl
- Vodka 4.5cl
- Lemon juice
- Worchestershire sauce 2 drops
- Nduja 1 level coffee spoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Mix with a velvety immersion blender and ‘nduja; add the Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice and pour into a glass.
- Stir gently for about 30 seconds.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and black pepper and mix; add 6 ice cubes and vodka.
- Stir for about 30 seconds and garnish with a celery stalk.
