Parmesan cheese with soft-boiled eggs
Ingredients
- 2 fresh eggs at room temperature
- Brioche bread to be cut
- 2 eggs to beat
- 100gr of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of thyme (if you like)
- White pepper and salt
- Oil and butter for frying
Preparation
- Cut the brioche into two centimeter thick slices. Remove the crust. Then get some sticks.
- Cut a few into a square shape and drill a hole inside to then put the eggs in it.
- Mix the grated Parmesan with the thyme, beat two eggs on a plate with a pinch of salt and white pepper.
- Immerse the brioche sticks well and then pass them in the Parmesan and make it stick well.
- Fry them in a pan with a little butter and oil being careful to turn them over so as to brown them on all sides.
- Prepare the soft-boiled eggs by cooking them for three minutes after boiling.
- Remove them from boiling water and add cold water to stop cooking.
- Place the eggs in the fried squares of Parmesan. Gently break the eggs and soak the toy soldiers.
