Ingredients for Italian sausages in spicy tomato sauce with polenta
- Chilli oil
- 1kg of sausage
- s 4 tablespoons of Marsala
- 2 cans of tomato sauce
- 250ml of water
- 500g of instant polenta
- olive oil
- salt.
Preparation
- Heat the chilli oil in a saucepan and add the sausages, leaving them to brown for about 5 minutes until they are colored.
- Add the Marsala, let it boil for about 1 minute then add the tomato sauce and the water on the sausages.
- Let it simmer for 15 minutes while preparing the polenta. When the polenta is cooked, add the olive oil and cover with the sausages and the sauce.
