Ingredients

  • 6 cucumbers
  • 200 gr sugar juniper berries
  • 6 mint leaves

Preparation

  1. Cut the cucumbers into quarters lengthwise, remove the innermost part containing the seeds.
  2. Cut the cucumbers into small pieces, cover with water and sugar and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the juniper berries and mint, simmer until the mixture has reached the right consistency.
