Cucumber jam
Ingredients
- 6 cucumbers
- 200 gr sugar juniper berries
- 6 mint leaves
Preparation
- Cut the cucumbers into quarters lengthwise, remove the innermost part containing the seeds.
- Cut the cucumbers into small pieces, cover with water and sugar and bring to a boil.
- Add the juniper berries and mint, simmer until the mixture has reached the right consistency.
