Ingredients for 1 person
- Ciabatta Bread 1 count
- Di Stefano Cheese Burrata 3 oz
- Red Onion 1 count
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar ¼ cup
- Prociutto di Parma 24 months 45 g
- Burrata House Truffle Cream 40 g
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
Caramelized Onions
- Cut the red onions in thin slices
- Drizzle a pan with olive oil
- Add the onions and stir until soft
- Add 1 tbsp of sugar
- Add ¼ cup of balsamic vinegar
- Stir until the onions appear glazed
- Add salt to taste
Recipe
- Cut the Ciabatta bread in half separating the bottom part from the top. Place it in a toaster oven at 380° (you can also heat it up in a hot pan on the stove) for one minute.
- Drizzle the Ciabatta with Olive Oil
- Spread the truffle cream on both halves of the bread
- Place thecaramelized onions on the bottom part
- Place the Prosciutto over the onions
- Place the Burrata and cut it open from the center
- Drizzle the Burrata with Olive Oil
- Add Salt & Pepper to taste
- Place the top half of the ciabatta and close the panini
- Cut in Half and ENJOY!
