Caprese Salad with Burrata Cheese
Peach Burrata Salad is filled with sweet peaches, Burrata cheese, tomato, bacon, and onion. The flavors in this salad are simple but complement each other perfectly!

If peaches are out of season, here are some winter fruits you could substitute. However, tomatoes are sweet on their own so you could leave out the fruit.

Winter Fruits: Pears, oranges, apples, kiwis, pomegranates.

WHAT IS BURRATA CHEESE?

Burrata is a soft cows milk cheese that is made from mozzarella and cream. Unlike traditional mozzarella, it has a soft creamy inside. Burrata means  in Italian and is best served at room temperature.

Take Burrata salad out of the fridge and let sit in a bowl or on a plate for 15-20 minutes before serving. Burrata is best served closer to room temperature to get the full flavor.

In a large shallow serving bowl, layer the greens. Place the Burrata pieces on top. Layer with the sliced peaches, bacon, tomatoes, and onions.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper making sure to season the burrata pieces well. Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Enjoy!
