Ingredients 

  • eggs
  • oil
  • pesto

Preparation

  1. Lightly beat the eggs. In a non-stick pan pour a little olive oil, pour the egg mixture, cook a little and then place the pesto along the entire diameter of the omelette.
  2. Close the omelette in half, cook until the outside is golden brown and the inside soft.
  3. Remove from the heat and cut the omelette into slices. Serve everything by highlighting the green inside of the pesto.
