  • 700 gr of strawberries
  • 300 gr of black currant
  • 250 gr of brown cane sugar
  • 6 mint leaves

Preparation

  1. Wash the currants and strawberries well, cutting the latter in half.
  2. Bring to the boil initially over high heat and then lower the heat by adding the sugar and stirring frequently for about 40 minutes.
  3. Incorporate the mint leaves cut into strips.
  4. Mix well and cook for about 5-10 minutes over a high flame.
  5. Potted in sterilized jars and proceed to the conservation method.
