Velvety of datterini 9cl
Vodka 4.5cl
Lemon juice
Worchestershire sauce 2 drops
Nduja 1 level coffee spoon
Sea salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix with a velvety immersion blender and 'nduja; add the Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice and pour into a glass. Stir gently for about 30 seconds. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and black pepper and mix; add 6 ice cubes and vodka.
